ABOUT BRIAN
Real Estate Agent Antelope Valley

I didn't get into real estate because I couldn't do anything else.

I chose it — the same way I chose to spend 26 years driving a Coca-Cola route, showing up at 4 AM every day because that's what the job required, all while building my real estate career on the side since 2006. The same way I chose to earn my CDL with every endorsement on it, and the same way I chose to put down roots in the Antelope Valley

I've been licensed since 2006. I live in Littlerock. I've sold homes in Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Acton, Rosamond, and everywhere in between. I know which streets flood when it rains, where the school-district lines actually fall, and which 'great deals' on Zillow are actually money pits.

What I Won't Do

I won't tell you "now is always a great time to buy" when it isn't. I won't inflate a CMA to win your listing. I won't disappear after closing. I won't push you into a decision because I need the commission.

What I Will Do

Answer your calls. Give you honest numbers. Walk every property with you. Fight for the best price on your behalf. And tell you the truth — even when it's not what you want to hear. I also bring a work ethic to this business that most agents don't have. When you've spent decades doing physical work — loading trucks, running routes, driving in every condition imaginable — sitting in an air-conditioned office answering emails feels like a vacation. I don't take that for granted, and I don't take your trust for granted either.

Beyond Real Estate

I've been a Teamster since 1995 — 31 years, no gap — 26 of them driving for Coca-Cola with Local 986, and since 2021 a proud Hollywood studio driver with Local 399. I also grew up around the entertainment industry; my father had a remarkable career that took him from the LAPD to Hollywood sets. That background gave me an appreciation for hard work, storytelling, and treating people right. It's the foundation of everything I do as your agent. If you're looking for an agent who will be straight with you from day one, I'd love to hear from you.

Questions People Ask About Working With Brian

How long have you actually been doing this?

Long enough to have seen the market do just about everything. I've been a licensed agent for right around 20 years, and I've lived in the Antelope Valley for more than 40 — this is home, not a territory I picked up. That local time matters more than people think: I know these towns, the pockets within them, and the stuff that doesn't show up in a listing, because I've watched the valley change for four decades. Experience isn't about how many deals you've closed in a hot year — it's about having been through the slow years, the weird years, and knowing how to protect somebody when things don't go smooth.

Is it true you work two jobs — and should that worry me as a client?

It's true, and I'll be straight about it because I'd rather you hear it from me: I've worked two jobs the whole time I've been in real estate. From 2006 to 2021 I drove for Coca-Cola while selling homes — put my kids through college doing it — and since 2021 the second job has been driving for the studios. Here's why it should give you confidence, not pause: I've never needed real estate to pay every bill, which means I've never needed your transaction to close for my sake. I don't push people into deals to make rent. And working solo doesn't mean you're getting less — I run my own business so you deal with me directly, not a rotating cast of assistants, but I'm not on an island either. I've got people I trust who can step in when a deal needs it, so you're covered. When I tell you now might not be the right time to buy or sell, it's because it's true for you — not because I'm hungry.

What areas do you actually cover — are you really local to all of them?

My home base is the Antelope Valley — Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Littlerock and Pearblossom, Acton, Agua Dulce, Rosamond — and I work the wider high desert too: Tehachapi, California City, out toward the Ridgecrest area. Forty-plus years out here means I'm not learning these towns off a map; I know the difference between neighborhoods that look the same on paper, which pockets flood, which commutes actually work. If you're looking somewhere that's a stretch for me, I'll be straight with you about it — and then it's your call. If you'd like, I can point you to someone who knows that area cold, or if you'd rather I help you, I'm glad to. Either way you get an honest answer about fit, not a sales pitch.
